As an alternative to XCSoar, the Altair RU informations are available via Altair Maintenance. Altair

Maintenance automatically opens, when the Altair glide computer is started with an USB Memory

Stick plugged in. On this page, the version informations of Altair RU are displayed as follows.

5.2.1 Altair Flight Recorder Setup

On the Altair Maintenance page, you can open the setup dialog for Altair RU by pressing

Flight Recorder Setup or F9.
